Since its inception, the Terry Fox Laboratory has valued diversity and has strived to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. The Terry Fox Laboratory’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (TFL-EDI) committee aims to further cultivate a safe, respectful, empathic, supportive and welcoming space where all members feel empowered to thrive and succeed. Our committee members are volunteers who represent all TFL employees to allow a better understanding of the unique or shared needs.
