Congratulations to Xining (Linda) Yang, (Kuchenbauer Lab) who has been awarded a 2020 Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research (MSFHR) Research Trainee award (2020-2023), for her project entitled “Modulating microRNA-193a expression levels as a treatment for acute myeloid leukemia (AML)”.

Congratulations to Dr. Ryan Brinkman on receiving a 5-year NSERC Discovery Grant for his proposal entitled "Automated analysis of high dimensional flow cytometry data" and Dr. Peter Stirling on a 5-year NSERC Discovery Grant and 3-year Discovery Accelerator Supplement (DAS) for his proposal entitled “Nuclear protein quality control mechanisms during genotoxic stress”.
