This past week, the annual meeting of the Society of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) imaging was held. Congratulations to our team members:

1) Ivan Klyuzhin for his work:
Unsupervised background removal by dual-modality PET/CT guidance: application to PSMA imaging of metastases
being selected for presentation in the Young Investigator Award (YIA) session.

2) Mohammad Salmanpour for his work:
Hybrid machine learning methods and ensemble voting for identification of Parkinson’s disease subtypes
being the most highly scored abstract from Canada, and his work:
Longitudinal clustering analysis and prediction of Parkinson’s disease progression
entering a poster competition session.

3) Cassandra Miller for her work:
Comparison of S-Values and Absorbed Dose Rates at the Cellular Level in Prostate Cancer Cells Irradiated with 177Lu and 225Ac Labelled Compounds
being awarded the 2021 Arthur M. Weis, PhD Award in Radiation Dosimetry.
