Congratulations, Yuheng Wang, for publishing his work on content-based image processing. This is the best AI system so far for automatically retrieving images with similar diagnoses from a database. The main contribution of the proposed system is that it can work with databases of multiple data types while avoiding the problem of dimensionality bias between different modalities. The paper fully reports all the technical aspects of the system and will appear in the September issue of the Biomedical Signal and Processing and Control journal.
