Are you a childhood and adolescent neuro-oncology survivor?
Do you have a child who is a childhood and adolescent neuro-oncology survivor?
We want to hear from you!
We are conducting a study to learn about the school needs and experiences of kids and teens who survived brain cancer. Our goal is to identify the right support to help them successfully return to school and do well after cancer treatment.
We will look at how different things like race, peers’ interaction, school support, etc. affect how these survivors return to school. We want to understand what they need to succeed. Visit the [Project Page] to learn more about the study.
The study involves participating in a one-hour online interview over Zoom. During the interview, we will ask about:
- Keeping up with schoolwork
- How they feel physically and mentally
- Their school life and activities
- How teachers and others responded to their cancer

We are specifically seeking individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Have received a diagnosis of brain or spinal tumor as their initial cancer diagnosis
- Aged 0-18 at the time of diagnosis
