My project focuses on cell intrinsic factors which contribute to transformation in Follicular Lymphomas. I aim to explore these by creating a linked multi-modal cell profile generated by simultaneously assaying the RNA, DNA and, Chromatin accessibility and with these profiles, I am interested to determine which one or a combination of these cell-compartments play a significant role in transformation.
