Congratulations to Andrew Weng for receiving the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) Blood Cancer Research Jump Start Grant for this research entitled, “Functional modeling of MYC translocation in follicular lymphoma.”
The LLSC has put together this award recognizing that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected researchers’ capacity to conduct their regular research and training activities. The LLSC’s Jump Start Grant is a one-year grant designed to jump-start research once again after the delays imposed by COVID-19 by providing funding dedicated to blood cancer research in Canada.
