Dr. Myers’ research lab is the first Breathomics Lab in B.C. with specialized equipment to study the components of breath for the early detection of diseases including lung cancer. Her current research employs novel techniques to noninvasively and accurately detect early-stage lung cancer with the study of breath and changes to the microbiome.
