Amy is a Research Nurse within the Nursing and Allied Health Research and Knowledge Translation Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Public Health with focus in Social Policy. She has experience in hematologic oncology and bone marrow transplant nursing and brings leadership experience from her roles in Communicable Disease Programs with the Public Health Agency of Canada throughout the pandemic. She has experience leading teams, operationalizing strategic plans, and implementing evidence into practice. Amy also has experience in Emergency Preparedness and Response, at the federal and provincial levels. She brings an equity lens to her work and is passionate about advancing research and policy, to improve access and healthcare delivery for all.
