I initially completed a B.Comm degree at McMaster University with a minor in Biology and worked in banking for a few years before I began pursuing my career in science. In 2019 I moved to Victoria from Ontario to return to school to upgrade my minor degree into a full BSc in Biology at the University of Victoria, where I met Dr. Lum and began working in his lab for graduate school and started in the fall of 2021.

I am currently researching the phenotypic effects of metabolite signaling on T lymphocytes in order to identify potential treatment targets to enhance therapy options.

When I’m not in the lab, I love to watch and play basketball - I’m a huge raptors fan - or spending time with my friends
