Julian Smazynski is a Staff Scientist at the BC Cancer Deeley Research Centre. Julian completed his BSc (Hons) in Microbiology at the University of Victoria in the lab of Dr. Julian Lum (BC Cancer – Deeley Research Centre) and his PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Victoria in the lab of Dr. Brad Nelson (BC Cancer – Deeley Research Centre). His work is currently focused on designing novel combinatorial therapies utilizing Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cells and Oncolytic Viruses (OV).
