My research interests span the fields of immunology, oncology, and virology. In my current projects, I am investigating co-expression patterns of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell target antigens and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in primary and recurrent high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC). We are working on elucidating the role of tumor-infiltrating B cells (TIL-B) in anti-tumor immunity by performing single-cell RNA sequencing on patient-derived HGSC tumor samples. We have set up a custom cloning strategy to produce recombinant antibodies from B cell Receptor sequences identified through single-cell RNA sequencing to determine the antigens recognized by TIL-B and how their antibodies may be contributing to anti-tumor immunity.
