    Research Role: Postdoctoral Fellow
    Advisor: Sam Aparicio
Education: PhD (Computer science/Bioinformatics), UBC, 2008
    Phone: 604-877-6000 ext.2589

    Research Interests:

My research interests are in profiling subtypes of ovarian and breast cancer with next generation sequencing technology. In particular, I develop statistical models and bioinformatics approaches to identify mutational profiles specific to the known classes of these cancers.
