Vassal
Definition of Vassal
vassal (vas'l) n. 1. in the Middle Ages, a person who held land under the feudal system, doing homage and pledging fealty to an overlord, and performing military or other duties in return for his protection; a feudal tenant 2. a subordinate, subject, servant, slave, etc.
While admittedly a hotly-disputed issue, it can be stated categorically that vassals do not exist in the Karsan Lab, and interest in such creatures is limited to idle conversation.
