    Research Interests:

  • Prostate and Ovarian Cancer
  • Immune system's response to Prostate Cancer

The goal of this project is to determine how standard treatments for prostate cancer induce tumor antigen-specific antibodies in the immune system. We are currently assessing the Tcell response to these antigens and if immune responses are correlated with improved outcomes.

    Immune response to Ovarian Cancer

Our team is detecting for treatmentinduced antibody responses in patients undergoing treatment for epithelial ovarian cancer. We are also comparing whether these patients have antibodies that recognize private antigens on their own tumors better than public antigens found on tumors of other patients, and examining for tumor infiltrating Bcells in ovarian cancer.
