Research Interests:
My research involves the development and application of bioinformatic techniques to analyze genome and transcriptome alterations on a large scale in a variety of cancers. Currently, this effort is focused on early-stage oral, cervical, and lung cancers. I hope to make insights into the genetic basis of cancer progression, and to identify promising early-diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
