    Research Interests:

  • Integrative genomics of lung cancer
  • With a background in both the computational and biological sciences, my interests are diverse. My focus currently is looking at data mining and analysis techniques for array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) as well high throughput gene expression. Some of the biological questions I am interested in are involved with lung cancer progression, cross-comparative analysis of different types and sub-types of cancers, as well as the development of tools for integrative genomics analysis. Lastly, I am interested in investigating genomic changes associated with various chemopreventive agents.
