The Canadian Cancer Research Alliance (CCRA) Survey:

The Canadian Cancer Research Alliance (CCRA) is conducting a survey on cancer research spending to help shape the first Pan-Canadian Research Strategy to increase collaboration, eliminate duplication, and, ultimately, speed discoveries that have the potential to benefit all Canadians. This survey is meant for anyone who has been touched by cancer; people with cancer, survivors, family members, cancer organization volunteers and concerned members of the public are encouraged to complete it. This on-line, anonymous confidential survey takes fifteen minutes to complete. Respondents identify themselves only by province, gender and age range.
